Attune YPA is dedicated to enhancing mental and physical health through a unique blend of treatment modalities, by the same therapist, at one location.

My goal is to empower clients in their healing journeys, facilitating nervous system reset, energy clearing, mental clarity, physical and emotional balance, and treating psychosomatic symptomatology through holistic and/or alternative modalities.

Combined Therapies

Attune's Combined Therapies are just that - multiple treatment modalities amalgamated into one. This is the bread and butter of Attune in that we are able to work through multiple ailments at the same time.

This treatment starts with 20 to 30 minute talk therapy, followed by energy work and/or physical treatment to target psychosomatic symptoms.

Reiki

Reiki therapy is a way of guiding energy throughout the body to promote your self-healing abilities. Ashlee serves as a channel to guide this energy and help you clear what is no longer serving you.

Reiki is not a religion and is not associated with religious practices.

This service is offered in-person or virtually/distance, and you can book which option you would like on our booking form.

Bowen Therapy

Bowen Therapy consists of very specific hands-on maneuvers/gentle rolling techniques at various points on the body that send messages to the nervous system. This is a relaxing treatment where the body is able to work on healing itself through physical energy movement. Bowen Therapy is not a massage.

Bowen Therapy is perfect as a standalone for athletes or others experiencing physical ailments, maintenance, and pairs nicely with those undergoing chiropractic or physiotherapy treatments.

Counselling

Traditional mental health counselling using a modality or modalities unique to your needs. There is the option to sit, or lay on the treatment table for your counselling session.

Ashlee will not be working with insurance companies at this time; therefore, you will not be able to claim your therapy session. As such, her regular fee of $160 per hour has been reduced to make this service more affordable.

Angel Tarot

Gain spiritual insights and clarity in your life with Angel Tarot. Connect with angelic guidance to receive messages and support for your personal journey. Readings are consistently positive, encouraging, and supportive.

Compression Boots

Compression boots are hollow, fabric boots that cover the feet, lower legs and thighs that contain multiple chambers. Each of these sleeves fills with air, one after the other, to compress, or squeeze, one section of the lower body at a time—starting at the feet and working up towards the hip.
